How do I do an EXPRESS Exchange?
An express exchange is just like a regular exchange except you place a new order and pay for your new items and when we receive your return we refund you in full for the items. If you would like to do an express exchange, please request it when you contact us for your exchange authorization.

How to return for a credit?
If you would like to return for a credit you can use later, please contact us during business hours 9AM to 5PM Monday to Saturday, we will send you a credit and a free shipping credit to use on your next order.

How to return for a refund?
If you would like to return for a refund, please contact us during business hours 9AM to 5PM Monday to Saturday. You will be responsible for the shipping charges back to our location.

Items worn, washed, or marked *FINAL SALE will not be accepted for return or exchange.

For Our USA Customers
You must use US Mail, please ask for "STANDARD SURFACE MAIL" it is the lowest cost, other shipping options charge brokerage fees. US Mail does not. Please use Standard Post Surface Mail. Please do not declare value for the package, you are only returning and not selling, therefore no value should be applied. It very important that you make clear to the post office that you are returning items and they have no value, otherwise duty charges will be applied.
